Airnet® Aerosol Particle Sensors
Airnet aerosol sensors offer a small footprint and provide unparalleled performance for measuring contaminants continuously at multiple locations within a cleanroom environment. The Airnet family of aerosol particle sensors offers a full range of sizing sensitivities starting at 0.2 microns. Flow rates are available at 0.1 or 1.0 CFM for sampling in critical production areas. Two or four channels are available to enable an operator to analyze specific sizes of interest. These compact sensors are constructed out of a nonshedding material and do not contain a pump or fan to ensure noncontaminating operation. The Airnet sensors are versatile in design and can be mounted on the wall or on a level work surface. There are built-in status indicators to display power, laser and flow activity on each unit for easy viewing.
Data collected by the Airnet sensors can be transmitted in several ways. There is an Ethernet connection that allows particulate information to be sent directly on the network to a workstation for real-time analysis using a facility monitoring software package called Facility Net. For situations where a stand-alone configuration is needed, particulate data can be transmitted to a touch screen data acquisition system called Data Touch®.
