Formation

Total Air Care was formed in late 1993 by Phil Smith to service cleanrooms, cabinets and other air systems, primarily in New Zealand.

Phil Smith already had 11 years experience in the Air filtration industry in New Zealand and Australia including management of the New Zealand division of Gelman Sciences from 1991 to 1993.

Business

Total Air Care Ltd is involved in two related business activities:

Testing and Validation Services. Total Air Care is an accredited test laboratory for testing and validation of cleanrooms, operating theatres, laminar flow cabinets, safety cabinets, fume cupboards and other air systems. Our testing services are accredited by International Accreditation New Zealand and are available throughout New Zealand. Maintenance and/or repair services for the systems tested is also available.
